The Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP) enthusiastically announces its very first synchrotron radiation (SR) users' meeting.
This landmark event will take place on August 9th - 11th, 2017, at the Institute of Physics of BUAP, in Puebla México.
The meeting will offer unique opportunities and vistas for researchers (new or already familiar with SR) and students in natural sciences (physics,
materials, chemistry, biology, etc.) and engineering to explore the enormous positive impact that SR could have in their research and formation. A
series of workshops and plenary talks delivered by international experts in the fields of synchrotron based
spectroscopies, diffraction, microscopies and related instrumentation applied to scientific challenges in energy, chemistry, condensed matter physics
and biochemistry, promises to notably enrich attendees and promote collaborative efforts.
