Proceedings Invited and contributed papers will be refereed and those which are accepted will be published in the Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (JNN). Please prepare your full manuscript following the guide lines of JNN. The instructions for the authors can be found in the JNN web page: http://www.aspbs.com/jnn/ It is recommended that the authors submit their full manuscript to the
organizing committee during the workshop.
